Anti-DUX1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein double homeobox 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 170 amino acid residues and a mass of 19.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be expressed in rhabdomyosarcoma TE671 cells as well as in several other normal and cancer cells. A member of the Paired homeobox protein family, DUX1 is a suspected transcription activator. Synonyms for this target antigen include double homeobox protein 1. These DUX1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
