Anti-GPR98 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GPR98 is a known alias name of the protein adhesion G protein-coupled receptor V1, encoded by the ADGRV1 gene in humans. This 6306-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in receptor-mediated signaling pathways and cell adhesion, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features cleaved post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed at low levels in adult tissues.
