Anti-NOMO3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NODAL modulator 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1222 amino acid residues and a mass of 134.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. NOMO3 is a known component of the multi-pass translocon (MPT) complex that mediates insertion of multi-pass membrane proteins into the lipid bilayer of membranes. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include pM5 protein 3, pM5 protein, middle copy, and BOS complex subunit NOMO3. Western Blot is the most common application for the NOMO3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
