Anti-CCDC157 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil domain containing 157. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 752 amino acid residues and a mass of 83.9 kDa. Synonyms for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain-containing protein 157. CCDC157 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some CCDC157 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
