Anti-YJEFN3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein YjeF N-terminal domain containing 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 299 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.6 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in theca cells in ovary and in Leydig cells in testis. YJEFN3 is believed to accelerate cholesterol efflux from endothelial cells to high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and thereby regulates angiogenesis. Synonyms for this target antigen include apoA-I-binding protein 2, apolipoprotein A1 binding protein, hYjeF_N3, hYjeF_N3-19p13.11, and yjeF N-terminal domain-containing protein 3. YJEFN3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for YJEFN3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
