Anti-GPR10 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GPR10 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PRLHR gene, which encodes prolactin releasing hormone receptor. This protein is known to function in GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of GPR10 has a canonical amino acid length of 370 residues and a protein mass of 41.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the pituitary gland. Other names for this target antigen include GR3 and PrRPR. Indicated applications for GPR10 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
