Anti-PH domain and leucine rich repeat protein phosphatase 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PHLPP1 in humans. The gene may also be known as PHLPP, SCOP, PLEKHE1, PPM3A, and PH domain leucine-rich repeat-containing protein phosphatase 1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 184.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
