Anti-LSM10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein LSM10, U7 small nuclear RNA associated. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 123 amino acid residues and a mass of 14.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the SnRNP Sm proteins protein family, LSM10 is suggested to function in the U7 snRNP complex that is involved in histone 3'-end processing. Synonyms for this target antigen include U7 snRNA-associated Sm-like protein LSm10 and U7 snRNP-specific Sm-like protein LSM10. LSM10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the LSM10 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
