Anti-HNRNPCL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein C like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 293 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the RRM HNRPC protein family, HNRNPCL1 is believed to play a role in nucleosome assembly by neutralizing basic proteins such as A and B core hnRNPs. Synonyms for this target antigen include hnRNP C-like-1 and hnRNP core protein C-like 1. HNRNPCL1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. Western Blot is the most common application for the HNRNPCL1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
