Anti-MFSD4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MFSD4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MFSD4A gene, which encodes major facilitator superfamily domain containing 4A. The human version of MFSD4 has a canonical amino acid length of 514 residues and a protein mass of 56.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in the stomach. MFSD4 is a member of the Major facilitator protein superfamily.
