Anti-UBXD7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the UBXD7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the UBXN7 gene, which encodes UBX domain protein 7. This protein is reported to be a ubiquitin-binding adapter that links a subset of NEDD8-associated cullin ring ligases (CRLs) to the segregase VCP/p97, to regulate turnover of their ubiquitination substrates. The human version of UBXD7 has a canonical amino acid length of 489 residues and a protein mass of 54.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types.
