Anti-Dipeptidyl peptidase like 6 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene DPP6 in humans. The gene may also be known as DPPX, DPL1, MRD33, VF2, dipeptidyl aminopeptidase-like protein 6, and DPP VI. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 97.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
