Anti-ZZZ3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger ZZ-type containing 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 903 amino acid residues and a mass of 102 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. ZZZ3 is known to be involved with chromatin organization and the cell cycle. Synonyms for this target antigen include ZZ-type zinc finger-containing protein 3, ATAC component 1 homolog, zinc finger, ZZ domain containing 3, and ATAC1. ZZZ3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ZZZ3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
