Anti-C CBL antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the C CBL antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CBL gene, which encodes Cbl proto-oncogene. This protein is known to function in receptor-mediated signaling pathways and carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis, among other biological roles. The human version of C CBL has a canonical amino acid length of 906 residues and a protein mass of 99.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, Golgi, and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bone marrow, tonsil, and appendix. This target antigen may also be known as CBL2. Western Blot is the most common application for the C CBL antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
