Anti-Kv1.5 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Kv1.5 antigen is another term for the human protein potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily A member 5, encoded by the KCNA5 gene. The protein is known to function in the Notch signaling pathway, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 613 residues and a mass of 67.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, stomach, and appendix.
