Anti-RNF214 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ring finger protein 214. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 703 amino acid residues and a mass of 77.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. RNF214 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the RNF214 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
