This target is a reported synonym of the SNRNP25 gene, which encodes small nuclear ribonucleoprotein U11/U12 subunit 25. This protein is known to function in RNA splicing, among other biological roles. The human version of small nuclear ribonucleoprotein 25kDa (U11/U12) has a canonical amino acid length of 132 residues and a protein mass of 15.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. This is used for in vitro translation activity detection. Cells transfected for 24h were collected and the samples were stained with this antibody, and then a PE secondary antibody was used. The positive percentage of cells in the transfected samples was about 99%, and the effect was very good.

After transfecting the mRNA into the cells, cells were collected for 24 hours and stained with this antibody, and then stained with a PE-labeled secondary antibody. After staining, flow cytometry showed that the positive percentage of the transfected cells was as high as 98%.
