Anti-HRAS-like suppressor antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The HRAS-like suppressor antigen is another term for the human protein phospholipase A and acyltransferase 1, encoded by the PLAAT1 gene. The protein is known to function in lens fiber cell differentiation and the metabolism of lipids, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 168 residues and a mass of 18.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The HRAS-like suppressor protein is a member of the H-rev107 protein family. Other alias names for HRAS-like suppressor include H-REV107 protein-related protein and HRAS like suppressor. Indicated applications for HRAS-like suppressor antibodies listed below include ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
