There are over 160 anti-ITGB8 antibodies from over 20 different suppliers shown below. Choose from either monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies for a variety of applications, such as Western blot, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, IHC and Immunofluorescence.
In humans, this target is encoded by the gene, integrin subunit beta 8 (ITGB8). Orthologs for ITGB8 have also been reported in other species, including mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken.
The canonical ITGB8 protein is 769 amino acids in length, 85.6 kDa in mass, and has a membrane subcellular localization. It is a member of the Integrin beta chain protein family. ITGB8 functions in integrin binding and extracellular matrix protein binding, as well as having a role in extracellular matrix organization. Tissue-specific expression of ITGB8 has been observed in several tissues, including brain, kidney, placenta and ovary. Post-translational modifications have been described, notably glycosylation.
Synonyms for this protein include: integrin beta-8.
