Anti-Interleukin 11 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene IL11 in humans. The Interleukin 11 protein has an expected mass of 21.4 kDa, but there are 2 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as IL-11, AGIF, adipogenesis inhibitory factor, and oprelvekin. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
