Anti-R3HDM1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein R3H domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1099 amino acid residues and a mass of 120.7 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include R3H domain-containing protein 1, R3H domain (binds single-stranded nucleic acids) containing, and R3HDM. R3HDM1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the R3HDM1 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunoprecipitation is also a common application.
