Anti-GTPBP6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein GTP binding protein 6 (putative). In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 516 amino acid residues and a mass of 56.9 kDa. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. It is a member of the HflX GTPase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include PGPL and putative GTP-binding protein 6. GTPBP6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the GTPBP6 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
