Anti-ELOF1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein elongation factor 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 83 amino acid residues and a mass of 9.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is a member of the ELOF1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include ELF1 homolog, elongation factor 1, elongation factor 1 homolog (ELF1, S. cerevisiae), and transcription elongation factor 1 homolog. ELOF1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ELOF1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
