Anti-F-box protein 42 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the FBXO42 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 717 amino acid residues and a mass of 77.8 kDa. Other names for this target antigen include JFK, F-box only protein 42, just one F-box and Kelch domain-containing protein, and Fbx42. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some F-box protein 42 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
