Anti-POMZP3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein POM121 and ZP3 fusion. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 187 amino acid residues and a mass of 20.6 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in spleen, thymus, pancreas, testis, ovary, small intestine, colon and lymphocytes. Synonyms for this target antigen include POM (POM121 homolog, rat) and ZP3 fusion, POM (POM121 rat homolog) and ZP3 fusion, POM-ZP3 fusion protein, POM121/ZP3 fusion protein, and POM121 and ZP3 fusion protein. POMZP3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the POMZP3 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
