Anti-CCDC36 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CCDC36 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the IHO1 gene, which encodes interactor of HORMAD1 1. This protein is known to function in spermatogenesis, among other biological roles. The human version of CCDC36 has a canonical amino acid length of 594 residues and a protein mass of 66.3 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the chromosomes of cells and notably expressed in the testis. Western Blot is the most common application for the CCDC36 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
