Anti-C15orf39 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 15 open reading frame 39. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1047 amino acid residues and a mass of 110.7 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include uncharacterized protein C15orf39. C15orf39 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the C15orf39 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
