Anti-SNX15 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein sorting nexin 15. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 342 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. A member of the Sorting nexin protein family, SNX15 is suspected to be involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking. Synonyms for this target antigen include HSAF001435 and clone iota unknown protein. SNX15 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some SNX15 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
