Anti-GLT1D1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein glycosyltransferase 1 domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 346 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.5 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Glycosyltransferase group 1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include glycosyltransferase 1 domain-containing protein 1. GLT1D1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some GLT1D1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunofluorescence is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
