Anti-GS27 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GS27 is a known alias name of the protein golgi SNAP receptor complex member 2, encoded by the GOSR2 gene in humans. This 212-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in transport of proteins from the cis/medial-Golgi to the trans-Golgi network. It is localized to the ER and Golgi of the cell. Other synonyms for GS27 include Bos1 and EPM6.
