Anti-Somatostatin Receptor 3 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene SSTR3 in humans. The Somatostatin Receptor 3 protein has a reported amino acid length of 418 and an expected mass of 45.8 kDa. The protein may also be known as SSTR, SS-3-R, SS3-R, SS3R, SSR-28, and somatostatin receptor type 3. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
