Anti-DEAD box helicase 19a antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The DEAD box helicase 19a antigen is another term for the human protein DEAD-box helicase 19A, encoded by the DDX19A gene. The protein is an ATP-dependent RNA helicase involved in mRNA export from the nucleus. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 478 residues and a mass of 54 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The DEAD box helicase 19a protein is a member of the DEAD box helicase protein family.
