Anti-DEAD box helicase 3, Y-linked antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The DEAD box helicase 3, Y-linked antigen is another term for the human protein DEAD-box helicase 3 Y-linked, encoded by the DDX3Y gene. The protein is a suspected ATP-dependent RNA helicase. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 660 residues and a mass of 73.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is found to be widely expressed at the mRNA level, with highest levels in testis. The DEAD box helicase 3, Y-linked protein is a member of the DEAD box helicase protein family.
