Anti-DENN domain containing 11 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the DENND11 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 455 amino acid residues and a mass of 51.4 kDa. A member of the DENND11 protein family, it is a suspected guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF). Other names for this target antigen include predicted protein of HQ2561, protein LCHN, and DENN domain-containing protein 11. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
