Anti-pseudouridine synthase 10 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the PUS10 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 529 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm. It is a member of the Pseudouridine synthase Pus10 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including protein cleavage. Other names for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain containing 139, coiled-coil domain-containing protein 139, pseudouridylate synthase 10, psi55 synthase, and tRNA pseudouridine synthase Pus10. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
