Anti-MLLT1 super elongation complex subunit antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the MLLT1 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 559 amino acid residues and a mass of 62.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is noted to be involved in the regulation of transcription. Other names for this target antigen include LTG19, YEATS1, protein ENL, CTC-503J8.6, ENL/MLL fusion, MLL/ENL fusion protein, MLLT1/MLL fusion, and ENL. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
