Anti-US11 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target US11 is a known alias name of the protein ribosomal protein S14, encoded by the RPS14 gene in humans. This 151-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the small ribosomal subunit. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
