Anti-Protein kinase, membrane associated tyrosine/threonine 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PKMYT1 in humans. The gene may also be known as MYT1, PPP1R126, membrane-associated tyrosine- and threonine-specific cdc2-inhibitory kinase, and myt1 kinase. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 54.5 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
