Anti-UKR1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the UKR1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the COASY gene, which encodes Coenzyme A synthase. This protein is known to function in protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of UKR1 has a canonical amino acid length of 564 residues and a protein mass of 62.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. UKR1 is a member of the Eukaryotic CoaD protein family. Indicated applications for UKR1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
