Anti-GPR25 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein G protein-coupled receptor 25. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 361 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, GPR25 is categorized as a type of orphan receptor. Synonyms for this target antigen include probable G-protein coupled receptor 25. GPR25 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the GPR25 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
