Anti-RDH15 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RDH15 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DHRS9 gene, which encodes dehydrogenase/reductase 9. This protein is known to function in epithelial cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of RDH15 has a canonical amino acid length of 319 residues and a protein mass of 35.2 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the appendix, tonsil, and adipose tissue. Other names for this target antigen include 3-alpha-HSD, 3ALPHA-HSD, and RDH-TBE. Indicated applications for RDH15 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
