Anti-ZNF354B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 354B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 612 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF354B is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF354B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for ZNF354B antibodies listed below include Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
