Anti-GTSF1L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein gametocyte specific factor 1 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 148 amino acid residues and a mass of 16.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. It is a member of the UPF0224 (FAM112) protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 112, member A. GTSF1L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the GTSF1L antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
