Anti-DExH-box helicase 29 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the DHX29 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1369 amino acid residues and a mass of 155.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is a member of the DEAD box helicase protein family. Other names for this target antigen include ATP-dependent RNA helicase DHX29, DEAD/H (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp/His) box polypeptide 29, DEAH (Asp-Glu-Ala-His) box polypeptide 29, DEAH box protein 29, DEAH-box helicase 29, and DDX29. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of DExH-box helicase 29 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunocytochemistry is also a common application.
