Anti-DExD/H-box 60 like antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the DDX60L gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1706 amino acid residues and a mass of 197.7 kDa. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 2 different isoforms for this protein. A member of the Helicase protein family, it is known to be involved with viral immune response. Other names for this target antigen include DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) box polypeptide 60-like, DEAD box protein 60-like, DEAD-box helicase 60 like, putative ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX60, and probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX60-like.
