Anti-BTF3L4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein basic transcription factor 3 like 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 158 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.3 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the NAC-beta protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include transcription factor BTF3 homolog 4. BTF3L4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the BTF3L4 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
