Anti-HN1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HN1 is a known alias name of the protein Jupiter microtubule associated homolog 1, encoded by the JPT1 gene in humans. This 154-amino acid residue protein is a member of the JUPITER protein family. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the testis, skeletal muscle, thymus, prostate, colon, peripheral blood cells, brain and placenta. Western Blot is a widely used application for the HN1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
