Anti-colipase like 1 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the CLPSL1 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 121 amino acid residues and a mass of 14.1 kDa. It is known to be a secreted protein. It is notably expressed in epididymis, in the corpus region. A member of the Colipase protein family, it is known to be involved with the metabolism of lipids. Other names for this target antigen include colipase-like protein 1 and colipase-like protein C6orf127. Gene orthologs have been identified in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for colipase like 1 antibodies listed below include Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
