Anti-ABBA-1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ABBA-1 antigen is another term for the human protein MTSS I-BAR domain containing 2, encoded by the MTSS2 gene. The protein is known to be involved in plasma membrane dynamics. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 747 residues and a mass of 79.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is expressed in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex. The ABBA-1 protein is a member of the MTSS protein family.
