Anti-C10orf67 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 10 open reading frame 67. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 551 amino acid residues and a mass of 63.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include uncharacterized protein C10orf67, mitochondrial and long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1552. C10orf67 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These C10orf67 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
